Artemis Grympla was born in Athens. She studied acting at the Drama School of the Art Theatre Karolos Koun and later trained in Theatre Directing and Dramaturgy (MA)  at Birkbeck, University of London. She began her career as an actress and a theatre director, and later started writing screenplays for television, contributing to series such as I Am Jo and Archelaou 5, as well as various short films and documentaries. Through her work in theatre, film,  and television, Artemis explores themes such as memory, identity, and the fluid nature of reality, creating experiences that resonate deeply with audiences.
